  • Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have my own equipment?

No! Bowlers of all skill levels are welcome, and you do not need to own a bowling ball or shoes to get started. If you decide to continue bowling, our members are happy to help you find equipment that's right for you!

OK State Women's Bowling is proud to be sponsored by Brunswick. Members who compete in tournaments are required to use Brunswick brands during competition in accordance with our sponsorship agreement.

How many tournaments do you travel to?

Our tournament schedule varies from semester to semester based on team participation and available competitions. This fall, we are planning to compete in up to three tournaments, including two in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and one in Wichita, Kansas.

Tournament participation is dependent on having enough eligible members to field a team. We are actively recruiting and look forward to representing Oklahoma State at these competitions as our roster grows.

In addition to regional tournaments, our club has also traveled to larger collegiate events, including a trip to Las Vegas during the 2025–26 season.
