Describe YOUR COWBOY WELCOME EVENT here and select the PRIMARY "Event Type" below. Use "Event Tags" to select other event characteristics and/or secondary "event types." We have pre-selected some related to Cowboy Welcome; feel free to de-select those not relevant to your event. Replace Dr. Amy Gazaway with your "Event Coordinator," and add any additional members to the event planning "Team Members." Please leave Amy Gazaway & Alex Comer as team members.

Come out and get a glimpse into the various fun and FREE activities SUAB has to offer throughout the school year and make make some casual connections with student-centered offices and resources located throughout the Student Union.

Hang out, have a blast playing bingo and trivia, singing your heart out in karaoke, getting creative with button making and showing your competitive streak with board games! FREE prizes will be awarded all night. Visit all the activities to increase your luck and chance for the BIG prizes!

Come find out why Edmon Low is more than your normal library! The Library House Party is an open house for all students. Activities include video games, board games, trivia, a scavenger hunt, music and crafting. Join in for an evening of fun, and get to know the library and other students at the same time. We promise there will be no shushing!

Come be "Xposed" to our culturally based fraternities and sororities at OSU. Meet members of our Multicultural Greek Council, National Pan-Hellenic Council and other student organizations at a browse session, followed by a step/stroll show!

SUAB invites you to Late Night Cafe: Welcome Week Edition! Come find us in the Student Union food court to enjoy FREE pancakes and drinks!

Join fellow new students on the Boone Pickens Stadium field for the official entering class photo. The Cowboy Marching Band will lead and provide the backdrop for our photo, filled with Cowboy Tradition!

Gates open at 7:30 p.m. Due to the time necessary to coordinate the shape of the class photo on the field, you MUST be in attendance by 8:05 p.m. to participate in picture. WEAR ORANGE and bring your student ID!

Did you know that artificial turf on average runs 30 degrees hotter than regular grass? We also encourage you to bring water with you and stay hydrated.

Don't miss the annual Lights on Stillwater (LOS) event, occurring on the first Wednesday of the fall semester. This outdoor event allows you to engage with the local community, OSU student organizations, food trucks, and campus departments. Community vendors provide insight into their respective businesses, non-profits, and services through free giveaways and promotional items. OSU student organizations and departments provide multiple ways for students to get involved across campus as well.
