Emerging Leaders Alliance was created to provide opportunity for connection for freshmen in the College of Education and Human Sciences with similar interests. While being a tight-knit community, ELA allows valuable opportunities for leadership growth and service experience.

A large part of what we do in ELA involves planning, organizing, and hosting different service events for the communities of Stillwater and Oklahoma State.
