Mission
Our Story
Our story began in 2002 when a handful of dedicated volunteers founded a small resale shop on Main Street in Stillwater, OK. Elite Repeat Serving Stillwater is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization which has provided funding for Our Daily Bread Food & Resource Center, Mission of Hope Homeless Shelter, MPower, Wings of Hope Domestic Violence Services, Habitat for Humanity, Lions Meadows of Hope and many other social service agencies in Stillwater and Payne County.

After we pay our operating costs, all proceeds from sales are returned to our community through the agencies we support. We owe our success to everyone who donates the items we sell, to everyone who buys them and to our wonderful volunteers.

Membership Benefits
How can I become a volunteer?

We're always looking for more people to help us at the store! Stop by the store and ask for a manager to get an application to volunteer.

Mission
We are a division of the Stillwater Police Department. Our 4 primary goals are Adoption, Education, Reunification, and Enforcement.

We have dogs and cats available for adoption that need socialized and walked every day! We are ALWAYS accepting new volunteers. You do not have to sign up beforehand to come out, just stop by.

We are open Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm and can accept volunteers whenever we are open. You can volunteer for 10 minutes or 2 hours, whatever works best for your schedule. You must be over 18 years old and bring your state-issued ID the first time you stop by. We will have you fill out a volunteer waiver, go over rules, and give you a tour of the shelter.

We recommend wearing clothes that you don't mind getting dirty and closed toed shoes.

Our volunteer work includes:
-Walking dogs
-Socializing cats
-Taking pictures or videos of adoptable animals for social media
-Light cleaning (refilling water bowls, folding laundry, poop scooping in kennels)

Our shelter shares our property with the Humane Society. If you want to volunteer at ANIMAL WELFARE, make sure you enter the building through the glass door that says ANIMAL WELFARE. You can park out front of the shelter or in the field located on the north side of the building.

******Check our Facebook for a list of needs, what animals we have for adoption, or if we are going to be closed. We are closed for all city-observed holidays.

Membership Benefits

You do not have to sign up for a certain time to volunteer, just stop in whenever you are ready. If it is your first time here, say that you are a new volunteer and need to fill out the waiver! We suggest keeping track of your hours on your phone and we will keep track of them here on an Excel sheet as well.

We aim to be a bridge between our out of state/non local families and their student. There are those times when you're student may need some encouragement. Whether they're sick, homesick or just going through a rough patch, we know that oftentimes you're the first to hear it in their voice.

The Cowboys Soul Soup Ministry runs off of donations so that every parent can send love regardless if you can donate or not. A donation, is never, ever a requirement to place an order.

With this, we will be needing volunteers throughout the school year. If you're student would like volunteer hours. We would love to invite them to come serve with us.

Mission
Tiny Paws focuses primarily on taking in orphaned newborn baby kittens that cannot survive on their own. Unfortunately, without human intervention these babies wouldn't have the opportunity to grow into loving and social companion animals. A team of well-trained, dedicated staff and volunteers tend to the kittens around the clock, providing bottle-feeding and medical care under veterinary orders in a safe and healthy environment. Tiny Paws kittens also receive unparalleled intimate socialization with humans, creating lasting bonds and a natural predisposition for companionship. Once weaned, the kittens are readied for adoption and thoughtfully matched with their new family. Tiny Paws fills the gap left by area animal agencies that cannot provide labor intensive care for these infants. Without an organization like Tiny Paws fulfilling this role, kittens such as these are ordinarily euthanized or simply left to perish. Bottle-fed kittens are a high-risk, high-needs population for which most rescues aren't adequately funded, staffed, or equipped to provide the necessary care. It takes a awful lot to replace their Mama's care. Here at TPKR, We never refuse an infant kitten because of its medical condition. We are a no-kill rescue. We have a 100% spay/neuter policy. The kittens depend on us for their survival, and we depend on donations, financial and volunteer support, grants, and fundraising for our survival.
